Privacy Policy
Effective date: 1 September 2025
This Privacy Policy sets out the rules for processing and protecting the personal data of users of websites operated by Joblo Benefits Ltd. based in Malta, in accordance with the GDPR.
Definitions used in this Privacy Policy
User: A natural person, legal person or organisational unit without legal personality that uses the electronic services provided through the websites referred to below.
Personal data: Information about an identified or identifiable natural person; an identifiable natural person is one who can be identified, directly or indirectly, in particular by reference to an identifier such as a name, identification number, location data, online identifier or to one or more factors specific to the physical, physiological, genetic, mental, economic, cultural or social identity of that natural person.

Websites: Websites hosted under the domain www.gotitbenefit.com, each of which is individually referred to as the "Website".
GDPR: Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, repealing Directive 95/46/EC.

Sources of personal data
The Data Controller collects personal data through:
- information and data voluntarily entered into Website forms
- storing cookies on end user devices
- collecting web server logs
- recording connection parameters (timestamps, IP address)
Data collected automatically
Information about certain User behaviours is logged on the server layer. These data are used to administer the Website and ensure the smooth operation of the services provided.
The Controller does not obtain personal data from third parties. All data are provided voluntarily by the User.
Purposes of processing and legal basis
1. Website usage: Personal data are processed to provide website functionality and maintain the connection. The legal basis is the Controller's legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
2. Account registration and payment services: Data provided in the registration form are used to conclude and perform electronic service agreements, money remittance services, handle complaints and execute payment orders (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
3. Marketing of own products and services: Processing is based on the Company's legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR), namely direct marketing. Commercial information is sent electronically only with the User's consent.
4. Contact form: Data are processed under the Company's legitimate interest consisting of responding to incoming enquiries (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Recipients of personal data
Personal data may be transferred to entities that technically deliver certain services, in particular payment service providers or other partners supporting the Controller.
We may engage processors such as IT and e-mail providers, technology vendors, accountants and companies that destroy data media.
Personal data may also be disclosed to entities authorised to request them under applicable law.
Data retention periods
Personal data are stored for the period necessary to achieve the processing purpose:
- Contract performance: for the duration of the contract
- Website functionality: for the duration of the connection
- Legal obligations: for the period required to fulfil statutory duties
- Claims: for the limitation period of potential claims
- Marketing: until consent is withdrawn or the processing purpose is fully achieved
Rights of data subjects
The User has the right to:
- access personal data
- request rectification of inaccurate data
- request erasure of personal data
- restrict processing
- data portability
Withdrawal of consent
If we process data on the basis of consent, the User may withdraw it at any time by sending an e-mail to hello@gotitbenefit.com.
Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before its withdrawal nor processing performed on other legal grounds.
Right to lodge a complaint
The User may lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority in the EU member state of their habitual residence, workplace or the place of the alleged infringement. Cookies
Cookies are small text files stored on the User's device to enable use of the Website. They usually contain the website name, storage duration on the device and a unique identifier.
The Website uses two types of cookies: session cookies (temporary files stored until logging out, leaving the website or closing the browser) and persistent cookies (stored on the device for the time specified in their parameters or until deleted by the User).
Cookies are used for creating statistics that help us understand how Users interact with the Website, and for maintaining the User session after logging in so login data do not need to be re-entered on each page.
Web browsers usually allow cookies to be stored on the device by default. Users can change these settings at any time. Limiting or disabling cookies may affect some Website functionalities.
Final provisions
This Privacy Policy together with the Cookie Policy has been in force since 1 September 2025.
We reserve the right to amend the Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy at any time. The updated text will be available on the main pages of the Websites under "Privacy Policy".
Users will be informed about planned changes at least one week in advance, together with the scope of changes and the effective date. If a User does not accept the changes, the electronic service agreement will terminate at the end of the notice period.
